Background

Stage 1 Financial, where I provided fractional CFO services to numerous startups, expertly driving financial processes, overseeing capital raises, and delivering strategic insights that fueled their growth. Before that, my time in Finance at L'Oréal involved managing multi-million dollar divisions, implementing financial controls that generated significant savings, and optimizing operational efficiencies. In addition, I spent several years in product development under L’Oreal’s Operations umbrella collaborating across a range of functions and departments.

Evolution

After moving to Dallas, my development focus broadened to encompass personal growth alongside my career. This period began amidst the unique challenges of establishing a new life in an unfamiliar city during a global pandemic, further intensified by starting a family. My subsequent role as a mother quickly transformed into an intensive masterclass in project management, resource allocation, and complex scheduling, akin to running a dynamic enterprise. These profound experiences, alongside a deep commitment to personal wellness, instilled in me an even greater sense of adaptability, resilience, and strategic foresight for navigating life's most significant transitions.
